Dig & Clean Islands: Unlock Costs, Luck Multipliers and What's Next
Last updated: 2026-08-08 ยท Play on Roblox โ
Two islands exist. The third is not released โ the game says so out loud.
The areas
| Island | Luck | Unlock cost |
|---|---|---|
| Home Beach | 1ร | starting area |
| Shipwreck Cove | 2ร | 1,100,000 cash |
Arriving at Shipwreck Cove, footage also showed 2ร GOLD alongside the 2ร luck banner โ so the second island improves both what you find and what it sells for.
There is no third island yet
Ask the pirate NPC about the next island and he answers:
"Ain't charted yet! Check back soon..."
That is the game telling you the map ends here for now. If you find a wiki listing a third area with an unlock cost, it is describing content that does not exist as of August 8, 2026.
We'll add it here when it ships and we can see it on screen.
When to buy the island instead of a tool
This is the real decision the 1.1M price creates, because at that point you could instead buy a Black Shovel (1.1M) โ the same money, exactly.
The case for the island:
- Luck multiplies everything you already own. Your shovel, detector and spray all keep working; the island makes every dig they perform more likely to surface something rare.
- Value scales steeply with rarity. Rarer finds are worth disproportionately more, so a luck multiplier compounds into cash faster than a linear tool step.
- The 2ร gold stacks on top, applying to the sale side as well.
The case for the shovel is narrower but real: if you are hitting
"You need a stronger shovel to dig this!" regularly, luck doesn't help โ you
still can't extract what you find. Clear that gate first, then relocate.
Footage of an experienced player showed exactly that ordering: they bypassed further tool upgrades and went to the boat.
How travel works
Interact with the pirate NPC at the boat to open the travel menu. Once Shipwreck Cove is unlocked you can move between areas freely โ it's a permanent unlock, not a per-trip fee.
