The formula

Observed multiplier changes across three separate rebirths in our source footage:

Those three points give a clean rule:

speed multiplier = 1 + 0.5 × (rebirths completed)

Check it against the world gates and it holds: 8 rebirths → ×5, 16 → ×9, 24 → ×13 — which is exactly what the footage showed at those milestones.

This is linear, not exponential. Your 20th rebirth adds the same +0.5 as your first. It's the level requirements that climb, not the reward.

What it costs

Rebirthing resets your current speed to 0. That's the entire cost — tails, trails, auras and purchases are kept.

Because your multiplier is now higher, rebuilding that speed is faster than it was the first time. The reset stings for a few minutes; the multiplier is forever.

The level requirements

Each rebirth needs a level threshold, and those climb steeply. Observed gates: Level 15, Level 165, Level 315.

That spacing is the real difficulty curve. The multiplier reward stays flat at +0.5 while the level cost keeps rising, which means later rebirths take progressively longer for the same benefit.

The 99-Robux skip

"Skip Rebirth" costs 99 Robux and bypasses the level requirement for one rebirth.

Do the arithmetic before you start: reaching World 4 takes 24 rebirths. If you skipped every one, that's 24 × 99 = 2,376 Robux. The skip is priced as an impulse purchase at a wall, not as a route through the game.

Our read: reasonable once, when a specific level gate is blocking you and you're bored. Not a plan.

When to rebirth

Immediately on hitting the level requirement. There's no bonus for banking levels past the threshold, the multiplier is permanent, and every rebirth you delay is compounding you aren't getting.
